About the Role

We are looking for a Software Developer for an Artificial Intelligence Project to be part of a fast-moving company like iKons with highly motivated engineers who tackle challenging and impactful problems. This international AI project implemented technology is a leading provider of Enterprise AI software for accelerating digital transformation. We provide comprehensive services to build enterprise-scale AI applications more efficiently and cost-effectively than alternative approaches.

The position is highly visible, will require frequent communication and interactions with the senior leadership team, and a driven individual taking on the responsibilities to develop and shape the product roadmap and strategic team goals;

Responsibilities:

• Have good Customer Facing Skills;

• Drive and coach team members to success and excel;

• Interface and communicate regularly with senior management and technical architects;

• Lead the release and sprint planning efforts and prioritize tasks for the Applications Engineering team;

• Have the ability to be a hands-on contributor during the entire development cycle from conception and design until the release of the service;

Requirements:

• Knowledge on at least one modern object-oriented programming language;

• Knowledge on relational databases, big data systems, database design, information system concepts (Preferred);

• Experienced on the following domains: JavaScript, TypeScript, React/Redux, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or related fields;

• 3 or more years of work experience in an analytics software company;

• Significant leadership experience managing highly technical teams and demonstrated project management experience;

• High level of expertise in agile software development: End-to-end ownership of projects;

• Thorough knowledge of data structures, algorithms, profiling/optimization, and object-oriented and functional programming;

• Experience with building high-performance, large-scale, and user-friendly software applications and tools;

• A disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance;

• Ability to work effectively in an international, dynamic, fast-paced environment;
